 Paul Atherton
Paul has a background in value creation for businesses operating across a number of sectors both in an executive capacity and as an advisor working for PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance and Recovery Practice specialising in corporate turnarounds. Over the last 10 years Paul has worked with Private Equity houses and leading banks to create over £100m in shareholder value through operational and financial improvements. Paul has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and an MBA from Warwick Business School
 Jeremy Mackenzie
Jeremy is a former Director and leading operational turnaround expert in PricewaterhouseCoopers turnaround practice and has 15 years in industry experience. He has extensive experience with Private Equity houses in turnaround and transaction work, creating in excess of €350m stakeholder value through cost reduction, cash generation and operations improvement Business experience varies from £5m turnover to £1bn turnover, mostly in mid-market and owner-managed businesses. Jeremy has a degree in engineering from Cambridge University and an MBA from Cranfield University.
