Sandcliffe Investments was born out of the principal that many mid sized businesses represent good investment opportunities but are often overlooked. Sandcliffe has access to over £40m in investment funds through its relationships with leading banks and the Howard Group of Cambridge.
Sandcliffe looks for businesses where principals maybe looking to crystallise value in their shareholdings but have management teams who can continue to work with Sandcliffe in growing the business further.
Sandcliffe will only operate with a majority shareholding and work with management as active investors in optimising the profitably of the business. Sandlciffe does not fund start ups.

Most sectors considered, although we look to avoid technology driven sectors
Typical deal value £5m-£10m
Established businesses with strong profit growth
Strong second tier management teams that will remain with the business and contribute towards future growth
