Sandcliffe makes £4.3m acquisition of Fareham based A.T Jones
Sandcliffe in conjunction with the Howard Group of Cambridge has acquired AT Jones a dry lining and partitioning specialist based in Fareham. The business supplies partitioning systems into major construction projects such as hospitals, schools and offices and counts most of the UK’s major contractors as its clients. Dale Jones has been appointed as Managing Director and will work with Sandcliffe to grow the business through organic and acquisitive growth.
